You have created a(n) [document type].

In the document, in the Contact Person field, you have selected the contact person [contact name].

From the SAP Business One Main Menu, you have chosen  Business Partners Business Partner Master Data .

In the Business Partner Master Data window, on the Contact Persons tab, you have selected the contact person [contact name].

You either have right-clicked anywhere in the Business Partner Master Data window and chosen Remove Contact Person, or in the menu bar, you have chosen  Data Remove Contact Person .

In the warning message, you have chosen the OK button.
