From the SAP Business One Main Menu, you chose  Administration System Initialization General Settings and then selected the Inventory tab and then the Items subtab.

On the Items sub tab, you selected one warehouse from the dropdown list to set as the default warehouse, for example, WH01.

In the item master data, you created a new item and specified another warehouse, for example WH02, for this item.

On the Inventory Data tab of the Item Master Data window, if the default warehouse (WH01) was also displayed in the warehouse information area, you removed the default warehouse (WH01) from this form.

From the SAP Business One Main Menu, you chose  Inventory Inventory Transactions Goods Receipt and then specified the newly added item in the Item No. column.

Open the Goods Receipt window and then open the Form Settings window.

To access the Form Settings window, from the SAP Business One toolbar, choose (Form Settings), or from the menu bar, choose  Tools Form Settings .

In the Form Settings — Goods Receipt window, select the Table Format tab.

On this tab, select the Visible checkbox for Whse.

In the Goods Receipt window, locate the newly added item, and then in the Whse column, change the default warehouse (WH01) to the warehouse you have defined in the item master data (WH02).
