You have opened the Check Document Numbering - Selection Criteria window and have specified values in the Number From...To... fields, but the value in the To field precedes in numerical order the number in the From field.
Procedure
Specify again the numbers in the Numbers From...To... fields, making sure that the value in the From field precedes in numerical order the number in the To field.
