Diagnosis

In the sales document you are creating, you have specified different customer code after having at least one row added to the document table.

Procedure

If you choose Yes, row details that are customer dependent, such as ship-to address are updated according to the definitions made for the customer code you have just specified.

Choose No avoid changes in the document.
