Diagnosis
In the Cost Center Report - Selection Criteria window, you have attempted to create a cost center report, but the date in the Due Date From field is later than the date in the Due Date To field.
Procedure
In the Cost Center Report - Selection Criteria window, in the Due Date From field, enter a date that is earlier than the date in the Due Date To field.
