In the Budget Scenarios - Setup window, you have chosen the Import Scenario button.

In the Import Budget Scenarios window, you have chosen the Execute button.

However, you have not selected an original scenario and a destination scenario.

In the Import Budget Scenarios window, in the Original Scenario dropdown list, select a scenario.

In the Destination Scenario dropdown list, select a scenario.

Choose the Execute button.
