Diagnosis

In the User-Defined Tables - Setup window, in the Table Name column, you have attempted to enter a table name having non-alphanumeric characters, such as (&) or (*).

Procedure

In the User-Defined Tables - Setup window, in the Table Name column, enter a table name having only alphanumeric characters.
