Diagnosis

  1. From the SAP Business One Main Menu, you have chosen   Sales Opportunities   Sales Opportunity  .

  2. You have specified a business partner.

  3. On the Stages tab in the Closing Date column, you have entered the current date.

  4. You have left the Stage column empty.

    Note Note

    Leaving the Stage column empty is possible only if no sales opportunity stages have been defined under   Administration   Setup   Sales Opportunities   Sales Stages  .

  5. You have right-clicked the first row and have selected Add Row.

    The error message appeared.

Procedure

In the Stage column, specify a sales opportunity stage before adding a row. To do so, choose Define New and define a new sales stage.
