Diagnosis

You have tried to add a document for the lead referenced in the message, but this lead is defined as inactive for the period that corresponds to the posting date of the document.

The inactive date range is defined in the Inactive From, To field on the General tab of the Business Partner Master Data window.

Create the document with a posting date that corresponds to a period in which the lead is active.
