In the “String” column, enter number no less than –2147483648

Diagnosis

  1. You have opened the Serial Numbers - Setup window and chosen the Automatic Creation... button.

  2. In the Automatic Serial Numbers Creation window, you have chosen one of the browsing buttons. The Create String for Serial No. window appeared.

  3. In the String column, you have entered the number –2147483649 or smaller.

  4. In the Type column, you have changed the value from String to Number.

Procedure

  1. In the String column, enter a number that is bigger than, or equal to, –2147483648.

  2. In the Type column, change the value from String to Number.
