Procedure

  1. Open a document that you want to view with a Crystal Reports layout.

    Note Note

    You can only preview a document that is already added to the database. In other words, you cannot preview a document without data.

  2. Choose one of the following menu paths:

    •   File   Preview  

      Choose this option if the Crystal Reports layout you want to view is already defined as the default layout of the document type.

    •   File   Preview Layouts  

      Select a layout in the Choose Layout window and choose the OK pushbutton.

The document is displayed in the SAP Crystal Reports viewer. For more information, see SAP Crystal Reports Viewer.
