Diagnosis
You have opened one of the following windows:
Profit and Loss Statement Comparison - Selection Criteria
Balance Sheet Comparison - Statement Criteria
You have chosen the Change button.
In the Choose Company window, you have selected a company that is not defined for using segmentation accounts.
In one of the windows in step 1, you have chosen OK.
Procedure
In the Choose Company window, select a company that is defined for using segmentation accounts.
Note
You can define a company for using segmentation accounts as follows:

System Initialization Company Details Basic Initialization 
tab.Choose the Use Segmentation Accounts option and then choose OK.
