Diagnosis
In the Company Details window, on the Accounting Data tab, in one of the federal tax ID fields, such as Federal Tax ID1, you have entered an ID, and you have chosen the Update button.
However the ID you have entered is not in a valid format.
Procedure
Enter a valid federal tax ID, using the correct 2–letter ISO country code, followed by the required number of digits.
Example
For a company based in Hungary, you enter HU21353537 in the Federal Tax ID1 field. For Hungary, the 2–letter ISO code is HU, and the required number of digits is 8.
