Use this window to update prices in a price list.

To open the Price List - Selection Criteria window, do one of the following:

  1. Choose   Inventory   Price Lists   Price Lists  .

  2. Choose one of the following radio buttons:

    • Update Entire Price List

    • Update By Selection

  3. Double-click the # field.

    The selected price list window opens.

  4. Choose the Selection Criteria button.

Price List Selection Criteria Fields
Group

Select a group to which the items in the range belong.

Item Properties

Opens the Properties sub-window. Select the required item properties.
Hide Unpriced Items

Defines whether items with no price are displayed in the item list of the price list.

Note Note

  • By default, this checkbox is not selected.

  • If this checkbox is not selected, items with no price are displayed in the price list, regardless of the definition in the Remove Unpriced Items from Price List in Database checkbox in General Settings. For more information, see General Settings: Pricing Tab

  • This checkbox is not relevant for the Last Purchase Price and the Last Evaluated Price price lists.

  • The last setting in this checkbox is saved and is displayed the next time you open the Price List - Selection Criteria window.

Hide Inactive Items

Defines whether inactive items are displayed in the item list of the price list.

  • By default, this checkbox is not selected.

  • This checkbox is not relevant for the Last Purchase Price and the Last Evaluated Price price lists.

  • The last setting in this checkbox is saved and is displayed the next time you open the Price List - Selection Criteria window.
