XML file folder is not defined

Diagnosis

You have opened a marketing document and have attempted to export the data to XML. However, no file path has been defined for XML files.

Procedure

  1. From the SAP Business One Main Menu, choose   Administration   System Initialization   General Settings   Path   tab.

  2. In the XML File Folder field, specify the file path for XML files.

    Select the directory where you want to store XML files created by using the Export Form to XML function.

  3. Choose the Update button.
