Diagnosis

You have asked the SAP support consultant to activate the advanced function Restore Batch Accumulators. In this context, you have chosen  Help Support Desk Activation Request and have submitted the customer request code to the support consultant.

The message appears and the function cannot be activated because there are no batch item transactions in the database.
