Diagnosis

In the Form 16A - Selection Criteria window, you have specified the required information in some of the fields and chosen the OK button, but have left the Person Responsible field empty.

Procedure

In the Person Responsible field, specify the name of the relevant employee.

Note Note

In this field, you can specify only employees who have an employee master data record that is linked to their respective SAP Business One user.
