Message

To save layout, log on as other superuser (not “System”)

Diagnosis

In SAP Business One, you have created a superuser and named it as “System”. On the Allocation tab of the License Administration window, in the Used column, you have selected Professional License for the new user. You have logged on with this user and, to save a layout with another name, you have proceeded as follows:

  1. You have opened a document or a report.

  2. You either have chosen   Tools   Layout Designer...   or, in the toolbar, have clicked Layout Designer... (Layout Designer...) .

  3. After updating the layout, you have chosen   Print Layout Designer   Save As...  .

  4. You have specified the new name and chosen the OK button.

Procedure

To continue, log on with a different user, or change the name of the current user, and save the layout again.
