From the SAP Business One Main Menu, you have chosen  Business Partners Business Partner Master Data .

In the Business Partner Master Data window, on the Contact Persons tab, in the Name field, you have entered an invalid contact name, most likely define new (not case sensitive).

In the Business Partner Master Data window, you have chosen the Add or Update button.
