You have chosen  Service Service Contract to open the Service Contract window, and have switched to Add mode.

In the Item tab, you have selected Serial Number in the Contract Type field.

In the Mfr Serial No. column of the Items tab, you have attempted to add two rows with the same manufacturer’s serial number.
