Implementation Project: Plan Tab 
Use this tab to create new project templates or edit existing project templates.
To access this tab, from the SAP Business One Main Menu, choose 
Administration 
System Initialization Implementation Center Implementation Project

Structure
From the dropdown list, select the number of levels to display. For example, if you select 3, the application displays each step, their child steps, and their grandchild steps. |
From the dropdown list, select the existing implementation project template with which you want to work. |
Displays the name of a step. |
Click the Info icon to add an additional description to a step. |
Click the Notes icon to add comments to a step. You can add comments to a step when creating a project template or during the implementation process. |
Click the Attachments icon to attach one or more files to a step.
To attach a file, ensure you have specified the location of a project attachments folder in the Path Settings window. End of the note. |
NoteEnter the number of hours required to complete the step. |
Displays the expected total number of hours required to complete the step and its child steps. |
