Copy Express - Overview 

Purpose

You can use this process to copy your data records from the source company to a target company.

Prerequisites

You have started both SAP Business One and Copy Express.

Process Flow

...

       1.      You define a Copy Express worksheet (open configuration from file or company).

       2.      You select appropriate configuration categories.

       3.      You save the configuration (all data selected in the same company) to a configuration file or copy it to a target company .

Result

You have successfully copied your selected configuration information and data records from the source company database to the target company database. Note that a configuration file is also automatically saved in the add-on’s installation directory every time you complete a copying process.
