Save Excel Workbook as Activity: Default Settings 
When you save a Microsoft Excel workbook as an activity in SAP Business One, you can also instruct the system to remind you to follow up the new activity. To do this, you must select the corresponding default settings for the follow-up activity. To display the default settings, in the Microsoft Excel menu bar, choose . The default settings for follow-ups include the following:

Automatically reminds you to follow up this activity. |
Select the type of follow-up activity:

Set the time for the follow-up. |
Set the time when the system should automatically remind you of the follow-up. |
To save your default settings and use them the next time you create an SAP Business One activity from a Microsoft Excel workbook, choose the OK button.
