Procedure documentationSynchronizing Data with the Quick Synchronize Feature Locate this document in the navigation structure

 

With Quick Synchronize, you synchronize data between SAP Business One and Microsoft Outlook without being prompted by the system to check the criteria for the synchronization run. According to the existing settings for data synchronization, the systems automatically synchronize any of the following or a combination thereof:

  • Calendar appointments

  • Contacts

  • Tasks

If you have made the appropriate settings, you still can resolve conflicts in the Synchronization Preview window.

Prerequisites

  • To resolve conflicts before synchronization, you must have selected the Show Preview Windowoption in the General settings for data synchronization.

  • You have established a connection between SAP Business One and Microsoft Outlook.

Procedure

In Microsoft Outlook, choose   SAP Business One   Synchronization   Quick Synchronize  .

Result

The systems synchronize the predefined items. If the Synchronization Preview Window appears, you can see all new items and resolve any conflicts.
