When you save a Microsoft Outlook item that has not already been associated with data in SAP Business One, this function allows you to make an appropriate association.

Prerequisites

You have selected Show Associate With on Save in the General Settings window (in the Microsoft Outlook menu bar, choose   SAP Business One   Default Settings   General).  

Activities

When you try to save the open item, the Associate With window appears automatically. You can then make the necessary selections for association.

If you are not logged on to SAP Business One, the logon window appears.
