Prerequisites
You have established a connection between SAP Business One and Microsoft Outlook.
Procedure
To import the new quotations based on your filter criteria, in Microsoft Outlook, choose 
SAP Business One 
Quotations Refresh 
.
Result
The Quotations folder in your Microsoft Outlook folder list is filled with the relevant quotations.
