Saving Multiple E-Mails as Activities 
You can save multiple emails as activities in SAP Business One using the Quick Save E-mail as Activity feature. This function does not work for the Save E-mail as Activity feature.
You have activated the SAP Business One toolbar for Microsoft Outlook Integration (in Microsoft Outlook, choose ) .
In the e-mail overview in Microsoft Outlook, select all emails that you want to save as activities.
In the SAP Business One tool bar, choose the
(Quick Save E-Mail as Activity).
The system saves the emails as activities in SAP Business One with the associated business partners or contact persons:
If you received an E-mail, the system uses the sender’s E-mail address to locate the corresponding business partner or contact person in SAP Business One.
If you sent the E-mail, the system uses the first recipient’s E-mail address to locate the corresponding business partner or contact person in SAP Business One.
The system uses your default settings regarding follow-ups and attachments.
A system message informs you which emails were saved successfully as activities. The message displays the following information:
Number: This corresponds to the number of the activity saved in SAP Business One.
E-mail address
Subject line of the E-mail
If the system was unable to save any of the emails, a corresponding system message is displayed.
To view the activities associated with the emails, open an E-mail and choose .
