Publishing a Cockpit Template

After you create a cockpit, you can publish it as a template to make it available for general company use.

You have been assigned with the correct user authorization for creating and maintaining cockpits.

To publish a user-created cockpit, do one of the following:
- From the SAP Business One menu bar, choose Tools Cockpit Cockpit Management .
- From the SAP Business One toolbar, choose (Cockpit Management) .
The Cockpit Management – Setup window appears.
In the Cockpit Management – Setup window, select the cockpit you want to publish and choose the Publish button.
The system automatically specifies the following fields for your cockpit:
- Publication Date
- Publication Time
- Published By
