Item cost not found for one or more items
Diagnosis
You have attempted to add a document that includes at least one item whose item cost is not defined. According to your company’s configuration, you cannot release goods that have no defined item cost.
Procedure
Do one of the following:
Define an item cost:
From the SAP Business One Main Menu, choose
Inventory 
Item Master Data 
.Display the required item in one of the following ways:
In Find mode, in the Item Number field, enter the item number and then choose the Find button.
In the toolbar, click either
(Previous Record) or 
(Next Record)
to locate the required item window.
In the Item Master Data window, on the Inventory Data tab, in the Item Cost field, enter an amount.
Choose the Update button, and then choose the OK button.
Change the document settings.
NoteIf you are not a superuser, you may need to ask a superuser to perform the procedure below.

Administration System Initialization Company Details .In the Company Details window, on the Basic Initialization tab, select the checkbox: Allow Stock Release Without Item Cost.
Choose the Update button, and then choose the OK button.
