Use this window to enter selection criteria to determine how the Pick and Pack Manager window displays sales orders, A/R reserve invoices, or pick lists.

To open this window, from the SAP Business One Main Menu, choose   Inventory   Pick and Pack   Pick and Pack Manager  .

General Area Fields (Open Status, Released Status with Detailed View, or Picked Status with Detailed View)
Status

Select the status in which the Pick and Pack Manager window opens. This selection determines which fields are displayed in the pick list.

Group By

Only for Open status.

Select one of the following

  • None (default) – The rows in the Pick and Pack Manager are not grouped.

  • Document – The rows in the Pick and Pack Manager are grouped by the creating documents.

    If Group by Document is selected, the Warehouses table does not appear in the window.

View

Only for Released and Picked status.

Select one of the following views:

  • Detailed – displays the pick list lines

  • Summary – displays one line per pick list

    Note Note

    The Pick and Pack Manager is displayed in the same view that you select here. However, you can change that view.

Sales Order From...To..., Reserve Invoices From.. To.., Orders and Res. Inv. From...To...

Choose one of the following document types from the list:

  • Sales Orders

  • Reserve Invoices

  • Orders and Reserve Invoices (Orders and Res. Inv.)

    Then enter the range to be included in the Pick and Pack Manager.

    Note Note

    The fields appear according to the document type chosen. If Reserve Invoices is selected, then the fields that do not exist in this document do not appear. If Orders and Reserve Invoices is chosen and no dates are included in the From...To... fields, all the documents are displayed.

Posting Date From ... To...

Enter the range of Sales Order or Reserve Invoice posting dates to be included in the Pick and Pack Manager.

Required Date From... To...

Enter the range of sales order or A/R reserve invoice required dates to be included in the Pick and Pack Manager window. The required date is the date by which a customer wants to receive a shipment.

Note Note

During the creation of a sales document, you enter a required date on the Accounting tab.

Delivery Date From ... To...

Enter the range of delivery dates to be included in the Pick and Pack Manager.

Customer From... To ...

Enter the range of customer codes to be included in the Pick and Pack Manager.

Fulfillment % From... To...

Note Note

The field is available only in the Open status.

Enter the range of fulfillment percentages of Sales Order or Reserve Invoice rows to make available for picking.

Expanded Selection Criteria

Select the checkbox to further filter the sales order and/or the A/R reserve invoice documents.

You can filter by the following parameters: Cancellation Date, Document Date, BP Reference Number, Document Currency, Sales Employee, Document Total, Ship-To Name, Ship-To Description, Shipping Type, Project Code, Dimension 1, Dimension 2, Dimension 3, Dimension 4, Dimension 5, Priority, Customer Credit Limit, Consolidating BP, and the user-defined fields (UDF) on the header and row levels of the marketing documents.

Pick List No.

The field is not available in the Open status.

Enter the range of pick lists to be displayed.

Sort by

Select to sort the Pick and Pack Manager by:

  • Delivery Date

  • Customer

  • Document Number

  • Warehouse (if Group by None is selected)

  • Priority

  • Pick List No. (not in the Open status)

General Area Fields (Released or Picked Status, Summary View)

To view the following fields select the Summary view for the Released or Picked status.

Pick Date From ... To...

Enter the range of pick dates for the pick list.

Owner

Enter the range of codes for employees who created the pick list.

Picker

Enter the range of employee names for employees who are responsible for the picking.

Pick List No.

Enter the range of pick list numbers to be displayed.

Sort by

Select to sort the Pick and Pack Manager display by:

  • Picker

  • Pick Date

  • Pick List

In the Warehouses area you can track warehouses according to the location. The Warehouses area is not displayed if you select Group by Document.

Select the checkbox in the row of a warehouse that you want to include in the Pick and Pack Manager window.
