Use this window to enter selection criteria to determine how the Pick and Pack Manager window displays sales orders, A/R reserve invoices, or pick lists.
To open this window, from the SAP Business One Main Menu, choose

Select the status in which the Pick and Pack Manager window opens. This selection determines which fields are displayed in the pick list. |

Choose one of the following document types from the list:

Enter the range of Sales Order or Reserve Invoice posting dates to be included in the Pick and Pack Manager. |
Enter the range of sales order or A/R reserve invoice required dates to be included in the Pick and Pack Manager window. The required date is the date by which a customer wants to receive a shipment. Note During the creation of a sales document, you enter a required date on the Accounting tab. End of the note. |
Enter the range of delivery dates to be included in the Pick and Pack Manager. |
Enter the range of customer codes to be included in the Pick and Pack Manager. |
Note The field is available only in the Open status. End of the note. Enter the range of fulfillment percentages of Sales Order or Reserve Invoice rows to make available for picking. |
Select the checkbox to further filter the sales order and/or the A/R reserve invoice documents. You can filter by the following parameters: Cancellation Date, Document Date, BP Reference Number, Document Currency, Sales Employee, Document Total, Ship-To Name, Ship-To Description, Shipping Type, Project Code, Dimension 1, Dimension 2, Dimension 3, Dimension 4, Dimension 5, Priority, Customer Credit Limit, Consolidating BP, and the user-defined fields (UDF) on the header and row levels of the marketing documents. |

Select to sort the Pick and Pack Manager by:

To view the following fields select the Summary view for the Released or Picked status.
Enter the range of pick dates for the pick list. |
Enter the range of codes for employees who created the pick list. |
Enter the range of employee names for employees who are responsible for the picking. |
Enter the range of pick list numbers to be displayed. |
Select to sort the Pick and Pack Manager display by:

In the Warehouses area you can track warehouses according to the location. The Warehouses area is not displayed if you select Group by Document.
Select the checkbox in the row of a warehouse that you want to include in the Pick and Pack Manager window.
