Displaying and Updating Business Partners 
Procedure
From the SAP Business One Main Menu, choose
Business Partners 
Business Partner Master Data 
.The Business Partner Master Data window appears in Find mode.
Enter your search criteria in one or several fields. The searchable fields are highlighted in yellow.
You can limit your search to a specific business partner type. You can also specify search criteria on the various tabs of the window.
NoteYou must first define the business partner type before you are able to define the numbering series.
End of the note.Choose Find.
A list of the business partners that match your search criteria appears.
Select the business partner you want to display and choose the Choose button.
Alternatively, you can browse through existing business partners, using the icons in the toolbar:

(Previous Record )
(Next Record)
(Last Data Record)
To edit data, modify the required fields.
To save your changes, choose Update.
Note
You can change the code, type, or currency of the business partner only if the following conditions are met:
Business partner balance is zero.
Business partner is not defined as a consolidation business partner.
Business partner is not connected to any document.
The following are the exceptions to the above rules:
If the business partner is connected to a sales opportunity, sales order, sales quotation, or activity, you can change the business partner code and business partner type.
If the business partner is connected to a sales opportunity, sales order, sales quotation, activity, item, or draft, you can change the business partner currency to another currency. You can set the business partner currency to All Currencies, irrespective of the object to which the business partner is connected.
