You can print batch numbers as an integral part of the document details or as a separate page. You can set default print layouts for the documents that relate to batch numbers. In these documents, you can print batch numbers as an integral part of the document details.

You can edit the default layouts or create new ones by using Print Layout Designer (PLD). For more information about printing, see Printing in SAP Business One.

Procedure

  1. Create an inventory receipt or issue document that includes batch number-managed items.

  2. From the Tools menu, choose Layout Designer... or click Layout Designer... (Layout Designer...) in the toolbar.

  3. Choose the Invoice Including Batch/SN (System) printing layout.

  4. From the File menu, choose Print, or click Print (Print) in the toolbar.

Result

The information about the associated batch numbers is printed in a table displaying the following columns:

Field

Description

Batch

The batch number.

Whse

The warehouse code.

Qty

Quantity from batch.

Expir. Date

Expiration Date.

The details.
