The class for revenue accounting items determines the technical properties of a revenue accounting item. These technical properties include:

  • Basic fields delivered by SAP that you have added by selecting interface components

  • Customer-specific fields that you have added by selecting customer fields

  • Database tables, in which the system stores the revenue accounting items based on their status

  • Function modules (RFC-enabled) that receive revenue accounting items

  • Function modules that save the revenue accounting items in the appropriate database tables
