New Option for ra_stop

Replication Agent for SAP HANA adds the new wait option within the ra_stop command. The wait option is useful when you run the ra_stop command sequentially. If the subsequent command relies on the model being stopped (for example, ra_undeploy), running ra_stop with wait set to true ensures the subsequent command starts to run after the stop of the model is completed.
