Displaying Batch Where-Used Lists and Pick-Up Lists in ILM RW
In ILM Retention Warehouse, you can retrieve data from legacy systems using the following functions:
Batch where-used list (transaction MB56
)
The function creates a where-used list for a production batch covering multiple productions steps.
Pick up list for batch where-used list (transaction MB5C
)
The function creates a list of sales documents that contain a specific batch number of a material.
Both functions enable selection using the Original System ID
and Client of Original System
fields.
You have ensured that the corresponding archive infostructures, delivered by SAP, are filled with the data from legacy system archives.

Start transaction MB56
in the RW system.
Enter the ID and the client of the legacy system in the Client of Original System
and SAP Original System ID
fields.
Enter the additional data that is required and execute the function.
