Procedure documentationAssigning Authorizations for ILM Retention Warehouse Cockpit

 

You can provide the ILM functions of Retention Warehouse in the system as well as in SAP NetWeaver Business Client (NWBC).

The ILM Retention Warehouse Cockpit is based on a role-specific menu structure. For this, SAP delivers a role with the menu structure of the complete scope of functions and a role with the menu structure of a restricted scope of functions.

Procedure

  1. To edit roles, call transaction (PFCG) in the SAP system.

  2. Assign the roles with the required authorizations to your user or to the users who need to use ILM Retention Warehouse Cockpit.

    1. Assign the role on which the ILM Retention Warehouse Cockpit menu structure is based.

    2. Assign the individual roles that contain the authorizations for the functions offered in ILM Retention Warehouse Cockpit.
