Procedure documentationRetrieving Data from the ILM Store of the RW System Using BW Queries

 

You can use a BW query to retrieve the legacy data that has been extracted from the ILM store of the Retention Warehouse system to SAP NetWeaver BW. SAP delivers standard queries for this purpose.

Procedure

To call up legacy data with BW queries, choose one of the following options.

  • ILM Retention Warehouse Cockpit for administrators (NetWeaver Business Client or Easy Access Menu of the RW system)

    Call up the queries under Start of the navigation path Reports Next navigation step Reports for Administrators End of the navigation path.

  • Portal

    Call up the queries on the Product Liability tab page or the Tax Auditing tab page.

  • BEx Analyzer (Part of the BW Frontend)

    Select the BW system and call up the queries.
