Since you cannot display prints lists using a query because there is no reference to documents in ILM Retention Warehouse, SAP NetWeaver ILM provides a separate function with which you display print lists.

Prerequisites

You have created a temporary content repository in the RW system and registered it as the repository for displaying ArchiveLink documents.

Procedure

Displaying Print Lists

  1. In the ILM Retention Warehouse system, call the ILMPRLISTRW transaction.

  2. Enter the system ID and client of the legacy system (more than one is possible).

  3. Optional: Enter additional selection criteria.

  4. Choose Start of the navigation path Program Next navigation step Execute End of the navigation path.

  5. To display a print list, select the print list and then choose the icon with the tooltip Display Print List from the Legacy System.

    To view the detail data of a print list, select the print list and then choose the icon with the tooltip Details.

Removing Print Lists from the Content Repository

Displaying a print list creates a copy of it in the temporary content repository. To remove the copies of the print lists from the temporary content repository, execute the program ARLNK_REORG_PRINTLISTS_RW in the system. You can schedule the program for execution on a regular basis in SAP background processing.
