To display archived buckets, you use the standard application for managing Portfolio Management objects.

Prerequisites

You have activated the archive infostructure SAP_RPM_BUC_01 using the Archive Retrieval Configurator (transaction SARJ).

Features

In the standard application for managing Portfolio Management objects, the following functions are available to display archived buckets:

  • You can search for archived buckets using the standard search dialog for non-archived buckets.

  • You can search for archived buckets assigned to non-archived or archived portfolios.

  • You can also search for archived classification buckets assigned to non-archived or archived classification portfolios.

  • In the detail view for an archived bucket, the fields are all not ready for input, and the functions to change object attributes are disabled or invisible.

Note Note

You can also use the Archive Explorer application (transaction SARI) to display archived objects.
