To display archived portfolios, you use the standard application for managing Portfolio Management objects.

Prerequisites

You have activated the archive infostructure SAP_RPM_PRT_01 using the Archive Retrieval Configurator (transaction SARJ).

Features

In the standard application for managing Portfolio Management objects, the following functions are available to display archived portfolios:

  • You can search for archived portfolios using the standard search dialog for non-archived portfolios.

  • In the detail view for an archived portfolio, the fields are all not ready for input, and the functions to change object attributes are inactive or invisible. Template information is not available for archived portfolios, as templates are not archived.

Note Note

You can also use the Archive Explorer application (transaction SARI) to display archived objects.
