You can create a personal favorites list for the following objects:

  • Projects

  • Tasks

  • Checklist items

  • Evaluations

  • User groups

  • Templates

  • Versions

Prerequisites

You are in the editing view or in the search results of an object.

Procedure

Adding an Object from the Editing View to the Favorites List

Note Note

This procedure is not valid for evaluations or user groups.

  1. In the structure tree in the left screen area, select the objects you want to add to the favorites list. All selected objects are added if they belong to a dashboard.

  2. Choose Add to Favorites.

    Note that this pushbutton is only active for the objects for which you can create a favorites list.

  3. Choose Add to Favorites Dashboard.

Adding a Project Element from the Search Results to the Favorites List

  1. In the Search Results screen area, select the project element you want to add to the favorites list.

  2. Choose Add to Favorites.

    Note Note

    This pushbutton appears only for the object on whose screen you are located. If, for example, you want to access a project from the Task screen, and start the search there, you can only add tasks to your favorites list and not projects or checklist items.
