To display archived collections, you use the standard application for managing Portfolio Management objects.

Prerequisites

You have activated the archive infostructure SAP_RPM_COL_01 using the Archive Retrieval Configurator (transaction SARJ).

Features

In the standard application for managing Portfolio Management objects, the following functions are available to display archived collections:

  • You can search for archived collections using the standard search dialog for non-archived collections.

  • In the detail view for an archived collection, the fields are all not ready for input, and the functions to change object attributes are disabled or invisible.

  • For archived collections, the system displays the ID of assigned items as text (not as a link).

You can also use the Archive Explorer application (transaction SARI) to display archived objects.
