To display archived reviews, you use the standard application for managing Portfolio Management objects.

Prerequisites

You have activated the archive infostructures SAP_RPM_REV_01 and SAP_RPM_REV_02 using the Archive Retrieval Configurator (transaction SARJ).

Features

In the standard application for managing Portfolio Management objects, the following functions are available to display archived reviews and what-if scenarios:

  • You can search for archived reviews using the standard search dialog for non-archived reviews.

  • In the detail view for an archived review, the fields are all not ready for input, and the functions to change object attributes are disabled or invisible.

  • For archived reviews, the system displays the ID of assigned items or initiatives as text (not as a link).

  • The system displays the archived what-if scenarios of an archived review in read-only mode. None of the corresponding fields are ready for input, and the functions to change object attributes are disabled or invisible. In the detail view of a what-if scenario, you can navigate to the Financial and Capacity Planning screens.

Note Note

You can also use the Archive Explorer application (transaction SARI) to display archived objects.
