To display archived initiatives, you use the standard application for managing Portfolio Management objects.

Prerequisites

You have activated the archive infostructures SAP_RPM_INI_01, SAP_RPM_INI_02, and SAP_RPM_INI_03 using the Archive Retrieval Configurator (transaction SARJ).

Features

In the standard application for managing Portfolio Management objects, the following functions are available to display archived initiatives:

  • You can search for archived initiatives using the standard search dialog for non-archived initiatives.

  • You can search for archived initiatives assigned to non-archived or archived portfolios.

  • In the detail view for an archived initiative, the fields are all not ready for input, and the functions to change object attributes are disabled or invisible.

  • For archived initiatives, the system displays the ID of assigned items as text (not as a link).

You can also use the Archive Explorer application (transaction SARI) to display archived objects.
