This iView provides a bucket dashboard that gives you a quick overview of all existing buckets and relevant key data.

In this iView, you can sort and filter the displayed buckets to search for a specific bucket object. In addition, this iView provides the default entry point in the portfolio structure scenario and allows you to create buckets and to view usage information for existing buckets such as:

  • Bucket Name

  • ID

  • Status

  • Date Created

  • Last Update

  • Updated by

Features of the portfolio structure of buckets include:

  • Hierarchical view of existing portfolio structure

  • Graphical view of the hierarchy structure

  • Dashboard configurability

  • Column filtering

  • Column sorting

  • Expand/collapse all rows

  • Select/deselect all rows

  • Create bucket

  • Link navigation to existing bucket

Prerequisites

To use this iView, you must have all the necessary authorizations in the back-end system.
