This workset provides you with a set of iViews for administering portfolios and projects.

Integration

This workset is a showcase workset that gives you an overview of the administrative functions that SAP Portfolio and Project Management offers. It contains some of the initial views available in SAP Portfolio and Project Management. We recommend that you create your own workset according to your needs.

Prerequisites

To use this workset, you must have all the authorizations required for the backend. In addition, the authorizations in the SAP Enterprise Portal must be configured in such a way that the users of the SAP Portfolio and Project Management roles can access the Portal.

Features

The Portfolio and Project Administration workset contains the following showcase pages:

  • Portfolios (com.sap.pct.plm.ppm.workcenter_portfolios)

    This showcase page contains the Portfolios page (com.sap.pct.plm.ppm.workcenter_portfolio_overview) and the iView (com.sap.pct.plm.ppm.workcenter_portfolios).

  • Portfolio Structure (com.sap.pct.plm.ppm.portfolio_structure_admin)

    This showcase page contains the Portfolio structure page (com.sap.pct.plm.ppm.portfolio_structure_admin) and the iView (com.sap.pct.plm.ppm.portfolio_structure_admin).

  • Classification Hierarchies (com.sap.pct.plm.ppm.classification_hierarchies_admin)

  • Project Version Administration (com.sap.pct.plm.ppm.cpr_vers_admin_showcase)

    This page contains the project version administration.You use it to create, edit, and delete versions. It contains the iView Project Version Administration. (com.sap.pct.plm.ppm_cpr_vers_admin).

  • Project Document Templates (com.sap.pct.plm.ppm.cpr_doc_t_showcase)

    This page contains the document templates you can use in Project Management. It contains the iView Project Document Templates (com.sap.pct.plm.ppm.cpr_doc_templates).

  • Project Authorization Administration (com.sap.pct.plm.ppm.cpr_auth_admin_showcase)

    This page contains the authorization administration for Project Management. You can create authorizations for user groups, documents, and projects. It contains the iView Project Authorization Administration (com.sap.pct.plm.ppm_cpr_auth_admin)

  • Create Resource

    This showcase page contains the create resource iView (com.sap.pct.plm.ppm.create_resource) where you can create new resources.

  • Edit Resource

    This showcase page contains the edit resource iView (com.sap.pct.plm.ppm.edit_resource) where you can edit resources.

  • Replace User / Resource

    This showcase page contains the replace user / resource iView (com.sap.pct.plm.ppm. cpr_replace) where you can replace an individual user or a resource by another user or resource.
