This workset offers the full range of project management functions.
This workset is a showcase workset that gives you an overview of the main functions that Project Management offers. It contains some of the initial views available in Project Management. We recommend that you create your own workset according to your needs.
To be able to use this workset, you have to have all the authorizations required for the backend. In addition, the authorizations in the SAP Enterprise Portal must be configured in such a way that the users of the Project Management roles can access the Portal. Please make sure the authorizations of the users in SAP Enterprise Portal and in the back-end system are aligned and fit together.
Please make sure the required system aliases have been defined in SAP Enterprise Portal, see Technical Description and Configuration Information.
The Project Management workset contains the following showcase pages under the Overview node:
Projects (com.sap.pct.plm.ppm.cpr_projects_showcase)
This page contains the work center for projects which you can access from here. It contains the Projects iView (com.sap.pct.plm.ppm.cpr_projects).
Tasks (com.sap.pct.plm.ppm.cpr_tasks_showcase)
This page contains the work center for tasks you can access. It contains the Tasks iView (com.sap.pct.plm.ppm.cpr_tasks).
Checklist Items (com.sap.pct.plm.ppm.cpr_checklistitems_showcase)
This page contains the work center for checklist items you can access. It contains the Checklist Items iView (com.sap.pct.plm.ppm.cpr_checklistitems).
Approvals (com.sap.pct.plm.ppm.cpr_approvals_showcase)
This page contains the work center for approvals, for which you are responsible. It contains the Approvals iView (com.sap.pct.plm.ppm.cpr_approvals).
Evaluations (com.sap.pct.plm.ppm.cpr_evaluations_showcase)
This page contains the Project Management evaluation function. You can create and display evaluations here. It contains the Evaluations iView (com.sap.pct.plm.ppm.cpr_evaluations).
Project Versions (com.sap.pct.plm.ppm.cpr_versions_showcase)
