Features

You use this iView to create, delete, and archive collaborations in a scenario for cooperation, for example, between team members and partners (that is, in a non-competitive business scenario). It also enables you to filter data by collaborations in your collaboration overview using the various filter criteria that belong to the table filter .

Prerequisites

You have implemented Collaboration Folders (cFolders) 4.0 .

Optional Settings

The content administrator can change the system property, if necessary.

To do this, proceed as follows:

  1. Choose Start of the navigation path  Content-Administration Next navigation step Portal Content Next navigation step Content Provided by SAP Next navigation step End User Content Next navigation step Proj. Port. Mgmt. And Design Coll. Next navigation step iViews Next navigation step Design Collaboration End of the navigation path

  2. Right-click the iView you want to edit (for example, Collaborative Scenarios ) and choose Open B Object .

  3. Choose Show All from the Property Category dropdown list.

  4. The list is sorted alphabetically. Scroll down the list to System and make your changes in the entry line there.
