In the phase-centric view you can display all lower-level decision points with phase data for your selected initiative. The structure is phase-oriented; no subobjects (portfolio items) are displayed. The phases and decision points with their time data are represented in a graph and table.

The phase-centric view is not available for portfolio items.

Prerequisites

You have made the following settings in Customizing for SAP Portfolio and Project Management under Start of the navigation path Portfolio Management Next navigation step Global Customizing Next navigation step Portfolio-Independent Settings Next navigation step Define Initiative Types End of the navigation path: Map Decision Points. You map a decision point of a lower-level portfolio item type to the decision point of an initiative type.

Activities

Choose Phase-Centric View in the timeline monitor to display the phase-centric view for an object.
