This reporting cockpit is located in the context of an item. It displays the financial integration data of an item in the form of a pie chart, column chart and table.

You navigate to this reporting cockpit by choosing Start of the navigation path Portfolio Management Next navigation step Overview Next navigation step Portfolio Items End of the navigation path. Choose Item Dashboard and open an item. Choose Reporting Cockpit. This opens the BCV side panel on the same screen. The side panel contains all the reports for the financial details of the item.

Integration

This reporting cockpit displays the FI/CO integration data present in the item. Hence FI/CO integration must be completed for the item for this function to work.

Features

You can view and use graphical and table representations of the item's FI/CO integration data.

This reporting cockpit consists of the following:

  • A pie chart that displays the overall information on the item financial data based on selected breakdown value for subtotals

  • A column chart that displays the subtotal information based on selected breakdown value for subtotals

  • A table that displays the subtotal information based on selected breakdown value. There are summary lines for each subtotal summation and a final summary line showing the grand total.

Activities

The Reporting Cockpit for Financial Detailsdisplays the financial details of the item, showing a breakdown of the following:

  • Actual Costs

  • Actual Time

  • Budgets

  • Commitment

  • Planned Costs

  • Planned Time

  • Revenue - Actual

  • Revenue - Planned

You can display subtotals by the following:

  • Fiscal Year

  • Object Type

  • Period

  • Task
